Three championships and never a last place, from the least valuable roster in the league.
Christian A. has won in 2007, 2009 and 2019, which is more titles than seven of the nine franchises he plays against. He has also finished in the top four five times in nineteen seasons and made the playoffs five times. Every title has come from a season nobody was watching: the 2019 team finished fifth of ten on points and never once posted the league's highest score in a week.
Both of his ledgers are the worst of any franchise that has ever won here. Minus 480 off the draft and minus 950 by every other route, a combined minus 1,430 across nineteen seasons. Matt Ryan started 83 games across thirteen seasons for minus 43, the longest hold on the roster and worth less than nothing for over a decade.
And he has never finished last. Not once in nineteen years, which only he and Pete M. can say. The floor is high and the ceiling arrives without warning. Six ninth-place finishes and three championships, and no season in between that looked like either one coming.
The current roster is the youngest thing he has built: Jahmyr Gibbs at plus 168 after three seasons and Puka Nacua at plus 128, his two most valuable men, both arriving after the 2019 title. He kept four quarterbacks and a defense into 2026, which nobody else in the league did, and which is either the next title or the next ninth place.
All six positions, in detail. The callout above is the glance.
